  • An idea for home BBQs

Barbeque Briquettes are made from crushed lumpwood charcoal / PKS and are produced to a consistent uniform size and shape. The shape helps produce even heat during cooking thus giving the best results.

• LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread a thin layer of briquettes into the center of your barbecue. Place four (4) barbeque firelights onto this layer at well-spaced intervals or douse the charcoal with lighter fluid, leaving it to soak for 5 mins. Form the required quantity of briquettes into a pyramid. Light the barbeque firelighters, or if using lighter fluid, light the briquettes with a match or taper. Wait for the flames to die down and the briquettes to appear grey or glow, before cooking. Spread out the pyramid to an even layer with a poker. You can now start to cook.

• SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
– Keep out of reach of children and pets.
